Digital Forensics & Investigations
We are not a computer security company — we are far more. We work to legal requirements, focused solely on evidence that is court-presentable and admissible.
Evidence, not assumptions
We do not deal in assumptions — we deal in evidence. Our process is driven by three questions: What happened? Can we prove it? Will it stand up in court? Every investigation, analysis and decision is undertaken with one objective: to produce evidence that is reliable, defensible, repeatable and legally admissible — ensuring our conclusions can withstand rigorous scrutiny and deliver results when they matter most.
How we work
We preserve before we analyse. Devices and data sources are forensically imaged — captured as verified, read-only copies — so the original is never altered and the chain of custody stays intact. Analysis is then conducted from the image, under controlled conditions, and reported in a way that separates what was found from what it means.
Where it applies
Commercial disputes, family law, criminal matters, employee misconduct and fraud, intellectual-property matters and regulatory investigations — anywhere the facts live in data. We work to instructing solicitors and also act as court-appointed independent experts, producing reports written for the witness box first.
